    Moroccan Spiced Cous Cous

    Serves 2

    Bring two cups of stock to the boil.

    Add two cups of Moroccan Spiced Cous Cous and stir.

    Remove from heat and cover.

    Set aside for five minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.

    Season with salt & pepper and butter to taste.

    Fluff with fork prior to serving.

    Serve on the side of roast or smoked chicken, as an accompaniment to your favourite curry or toss through a salad.
