  • Porcini Risotto

    French Porcini Mushroom Risotto Mix

    Serves 4

     

    Melt one large dollop of butter into a deep pan.

     


    Add contents of French Porcini Mushroom, Stinging Nettle or Arborio Rice Mix and stir until rice appears glassy.


    Fill the pouch with stock twice and place into another saucepan.

     


    Bring the stock to boil and add a ladle full at a time to the risotto mix until the stock is fully absorbed.

     


    Season with salt & pepper and serve topped with shavings of Australian Parmesan Cheese.
