Tuscan Risotto Mix
Ingredients:
- Providore’s Tuscan Risotto Mix
- approx 1 litre stock
- 2 Heaped tbl spoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Providore’s Australian Pecorino Cheese
Melt butter into deep pan. Add contents of Providore’s Tuscan Risotto Mix & stir until rice appears glassy.
Fill the pouch with stock twice and place into another saucepan. Bring the stock to boil and add a ladle full at a time to the risotto mix until stock is fully absorbed.
Season with Salt & Pepper and serve with your Providore’s Australian Pecorino Cheese.
