We picked the Cabernet and Shiraz grapes for this wine late in the evening and let them sit in the picking crates right through the cool night so the natural colour of the skins could gently evolve. The result is an amazing, naturally formed, vibrancy, perfectly matching the superb nose and palate of this beautiful wine. Made from Estate grown Cabernet and Shiraz grapes from our Willyabrup vineyard this wine is perfect for lunch on a warm summers day with cold chicken, crunchy bread, fresh greens and roasted tomatoes.
