Food Store and Deli
Our rammed-earth shop and tasting centre showcases an ever-changing selection of home made jams, preserves and sauces, and a treasure trove of unique gourmet ingredients.
Our range of jams, relishes and chutneys are all made in our kitchen by hand in small batches. During the week you can see the produce being made through a large viewing window. Our cheese cabinet displays cheeses from all over the world. We have daily wine tastings. We also have a selection of rare ingredients, a range of infused olive oils and marinated olives and a gift shop with books and food themed merchandise.

We make our own verjuice, vino cotto, tapenade, dessert sauces, salad dressings and preserved fruits. We harvest and press our own estate grown olive oil and make our own wine. We have fresh egg pastas, cheese condiments, aged vinegars, and a myriad of other fascinating ingredients many with recipes attached for you to take home and try. Each day over 30 different products are presented for complimentary tasting.
