Banana and Mixed Spice Loaf

Ingredients

  • Banana and Mixed Spice Loaf

  • 3 Bananas (Mashed)

  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)

  • 125g Butter (Melted)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees

  2. Place 3 mashed bananas and 2 beaten eggs into a mixing bowl, whisk to combine

  3. Sift in the flour mix and add 125g melted butter

  4. Stir until just combined

  5. Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake for 55-60 minutes

  6. Test with a skewer and place on a wire rack to cool.
