Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the experience date are eligible for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the experience date are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability and at our discretion.

No-shows will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an experience due to insufficient numbers, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of the booking, as the experience runs on a fixed schedule with other guests.

This experience includes alcohol tasting and is recommended for guests aged 18 years and over.

Minors may attend at the discretion of management but will not be served alcohol; please contact us in advance to discuss.

We are a licensed venue and reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated, as required by WA liquor licensing laws.

Guests are encouraged to arrange alternative transport if consuming alcohol, as no on-site accommodation or transport is provided.

Please advise us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances at the time of booking.

While we take care to accommodate requests, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

This experience includes outdoor components (vineyard, olive grove, gardens, chickens, bee hives) and proceeds rain or shine where safely possible.

Guests should dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear for walking on farm terrain.

In the event of extreme weather, outdoor elements may be modified or substituted with indoor alternatives.

Guests participate in farm activities (egg collecting, garden visits, bee hive viewing) at their own risk.

Please advise our team of any mobility issues, bee/insect allergies, or health conditions that may affect your participation.

This is a working farm; please follow staff instructions at all times.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Gift cards can be redeemed against the experience price; any shortfall is payable at time of booking.

We may take photographs or video during the experience for marketing purposes. Please let our team know if you'd prefer not to be photographed.

Management reserves the right to amend the experience itinerary, hosts, or inclusions without notice due to seasonal or operational factors.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
