Aromatic Seafood Risotto Recipe

  • Providore’s Aromatic Seafood Risotto Mix
  • Approximately 1 litre stock
  • 2 Heaped tbsp spoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 250g Prawns, Fish or Chicken – optional


Melt butter in a deep pan. Add contents of Providore’s Aromatic Seafood Risotto Mix & stir until rice appears glassy. Fill the pouch with stock twice and place into another sauce pan.  Bring the stock to boil and add a ladle full at a time to the risotto mix until stock is fully absorbed. Add your choice of raw prawns, fish or chicken and cook until colour changes. Season with salt & pepper and serve with parmesan cheese. For something extra special, drizzle with Providore’s Chardonnay Verjuice.
