- 6 x 250g prime rump steak
- 1 pkt Providore’s Pepper Steak Seasoning
- 600g truss cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil for frying
- Truss cherry tomato’s
- Fresh rocket leaves
- Providore’s Garlic Olive Oil
Place rump steak into a bowl, sprinkle over Providore’s Pepper Steak Seasoning and massage into rumps. Allow to marinate for 10mins.
Fire up your BBQ plate to high, drizzle with olive oil and cook the pepper rump steak to your liking.
Serve BBQ pepper steak with truss cherry tomato and rocket salad drizzled with Providore’s Garlic Olive Oil.
