Our rammed-earth shop and tasting centre showcases an ever-changing selection of home made jams, preserves and sauces and our relaxed restaurant uses fresh ingredients from our garden and other local growers.

Our award winning wines and olive oils, together with sauces, jams, dressings and unique ingredients from around the world are presented daily for you to taste with our compliments and our restaurant is open for lunch and coffee every day.

Before refrigeration all food was fresh. As each year unfolded the change of seasons brought new and varied offerings. The grand country houses of Europe each had an orchard, vegetable garden, olive grove and vineyard and as the seasons changed so did the menu.
