Before refrigeration all food was fresh. As each year unfolded the change of seasons brought new and varied offerings. The grand country houses of Europe each had an orchard, vegetable garden, olive grove and vineyard and as the seasons changed so did the menu. At Providore we've re-created this simple model in a contemporary setting.

Our vineyards, organic olive grove, orchard and vegetable gardens provide us with a spectacular array of produce. Our relaxed café uses fresh ingredients from our garden and our rammed-earth shop and tasting centre showcases an ever-changing selection of home made jams, preserves and sauces.

Our award winning wines and olive oils, together with premium cheeses and unique ingredients from around the world are presented daily for you to taste with our compliments and our café is open for lunch and coffee every day.
