2022 Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon

Made from hand harvested fruit grown in our boutique Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon vineyards in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, this Graves-style blend combines 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon. Sauvignon Blanc delivers bright, expressive fruit, while Semillon adds body, complexity, and a long, lingering finish.

Medium straw in colour with yellow-green hues, this wine showcases lifted aromas of citrus, lemon thyme, kiwifruit, pineapple, lime, and freshly cut grass. The palate is fresh and flavourful, with tropical fruits, zesty lime juice, green pineapple, passionfruit, and soft acidity leading to a lingering finish of lemongrass and lime. Perfect served chilled with fresh seafood, salads, or light summer dishes.
